You’ll find lots of websites offering advice and guidance about choosing a domain name, but to be frank it’s not that hard. The difficulty lies in finding one that is actually
available. If you type the name you are looking for in our Domain Search box above it will list all of the available variations.
A good domain name should be 4 things:
| 1. Easy to remember | 2. Easy to type | 3. Relevant to your service or brand | 4. Ideally include key search terms |

If they are available you should select the .com and .co.uk names first although you will find that a lot of the descriptive domain names are already taken under these extensions.
An alternative is to create a name that could not possibly have been taken and build your brand around that. e.g. Ning.com, Meebo.com & Flickr.com.
