Buying a Professional Template
Designing a website completely from scratch can be expensive and time consuming. A much quicker and more cost affective solution is to buy an exisiting template design and modify that to suit your needs. We currently use a company called Template Monster although we will be launching a service similar to this very soon.
Template Monster has over 20,000 template designs and add on average 450 - 500 new designs each month. All of the templates are completely customizable and ready for immediate download.
They are offered at a Regular Price which allows you to use the template but other people can also download and use the template and also a Unique Price were you buy them out right and they take the template design off their site. The regular price is typically around £40 and to be completely honest you are unlikely to come across another site using the same template so I would not be concerned about buying at the regular price. Additonally because you are likely to be customising it you are even less likely to find a similar looking site.
