We currently use a product called Livezilla. It connects you to your website visitors to answer questions and monitors your website visitors in real time. To see a full list of features Click Here . You can download the product from Livezilla directly or for a small fee we can set it up for you.
How it Works
When someone visits your website there is an icon onscreen showing either that you are Online and hence available to answer questions, or Offline hence they can leave you a message. This icon changes state automatically depending on whether you have the support software on your PC open or closed. The icon that appears on your site can be changed to suit the style of your website. Also the logo on the customers chat window can be changed.

The Users window lists the customers requiring your help. The Chat window is where you communicate with the customer. You can also send the person you are chatting to a web address or a file. The Canned Resources window on the right is where you can save answers to common questions. The Visitors window at the bottom lists all of the people currently on your website. You can click a visitor and send them a message asking if they need any help (see Chat Invitation below). It also has any messages left whilst you where offline.
If you click on the GeoTracking button on the Chat window it shows where in the world the person contacting you is located. It is only approximate and does not give you an actual address but it is quite interesting.
